The main benefit of square taper cranks is they are sealed units so less prone to getting much in there, but then again they are harder to DIY maintain. These come with a cool carbon spacer. Suitable for smaller riders only.

High quality traditional style Cr-Mo JIS square axle BB with precision cartridge bearings, lightweight forged Alloy cups and carbon fibre spacer.
Supplied with Hex cap type bolts.
