Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day collection is usually available from our base in Preston, please contact us to discuss. Next day shipping may be available. If you need your order in a hurry please contact us to discuss.

If you haven't received your item/order then first please check the tracking reference against the courier. If there is no tracking number and it has been 3-5 days then please contact us so we can look into what has happened.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. We may need you to return the item to us for a replacement to be issued.

Yes we will be looking to sponsor BMX Racing riders and teams in the UK competing at a national level. Watch the News page for any updates on this.
